Cancellation Policy

1. How to cancel

You may cancel at any time from your dashboard under Billing → Plan, or by emailing support@cendigo.com from the address on file. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period unless you request immediate termination in writing.

2. Billing impact

  • Monthly plans: no further charges after the current period closes
  • Annual plans: cancellation stops auto-renewal; the remaining prepaid term is honored unless you request immediate termination (non-refundable)
  • Add-ons: cancel independently or together with the parent plan; bundle discounts adjust at the next renewal
  • Outstanding invoices remain due and may be sent to collections after 60 days past due

3. 30-day satisfaction guarantee

New-build clients may request a refund within 30 days of activation if Cendigo has not been able to deliver an agreed milestone. Refunds exclude third-party pass-through costs (domains, paid stock, licensed fonts, paid plugins).

4. Data export

  • Full export of site content, media library, and database is available on request before the effective date
  • Export formats: standard archive (.zip) plus database dump for self-hosted continuation
  • DNS remains under your registrar; we provide a record list for migration
  • Custom code and themes are licensed to you and provided in source form

5. After the effective date

  • Managed hosting, monitoring, maintenance, and support stop
  • The site is shut down or returned per your migration plan
  • Read-only dashboard access (history, invoices, audit logs) remains for 30 days
  • Backups are retained for 30 days then permanently deleted

6. Reactivation

Accounts may be reactivated within 90 days of the effective date subject to current pricing. After 90 days a new onboarding is required and historical content may need to be re-imported from your export archive.

7. Termination by Cendigo

We may terminate for material breach (including AUP violations) not cured within 30 days, for non-payment, or where required by law. We will refund any unused prepaid fees for the period after termination, unless termination is for cause.
