Subscription Terms

1. Plans and term

Subscriptions are offered monthly or annually. Annual plans are billed up front and discounted by 15% versus monthly. The term renews automatically until cancelled per the Cancellation Policy.

2. Billing

  • Charges are processed by Stripe in the currency shown at checkout
  • Applicable taxes are added at the rate effective on the invoice date
  • Receipts are emailed on each successful charge and available in the dashboard
  • Invoices for annual plans can be issued to a separate billing contact on request

3. Plan changes

  • Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing for the remainder of the period
  • Downgrades take effect at the next renewal; current allowances remain for the rest of the period
  • Switching billing cadence (monthly ↔ annual) takes effect at the next renewal

4. Add-ons and bundle discounts

Eligible add-ons can be combined. Active bundle discounts: 5% off with 2 add-ons, 10% with 3, 15% with 4 or more. Bundle discounts are recalculated automatically at each renewal and when add-ons are added or removed.

5. Failed payments

If a charge fails we retry on a published schedule (typically 1, 3, and 7 days) and notify the billing contact each time. After 14 days past due, services are paused; after 30 days, the account is suspended; after 60 days, the account is cancelled and data exported per the Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds

  • 30-day satisfaction guarantee on new builds (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Annual plans: prepaid balance is non-refundable unless terminated by Cendigo without cause
  • Add-ons: refundable within 14 days if not yet provisioned
  • Third-party pass-through fees (domains, paid plugins, paid fonts, paid stock) are non-refundable

7. Price changes

We may adjust list pricing. Active subscriptions keep their current price until the next renewal after a 60-day notice. Promotional pricing applies only for the period stated at checkout.

8. Suspension

We may suspend services for non-payment, security incidents, or AUP violations. Suspension does not extend the billing term unless caused by Cendigo.
